Credit Hire Fee Earner – Fantastic Bonus Scheme – Career Progression Opportunities

A position has arisen within one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK. This is an incredibly exciting time to join a great law firm with plenty of opportunities to progress. You will be based in their well-regarded Bolton office.

The position has come about due to growth and a constant influx of high value credit hire work.

This role will see you manage a caseload of fully litigated RTA files with a focus towards credit hire. You will be dealing with some complex personal injury and credit hire matters with values exceeding £50,000+ and issues such as liability dispute & non-liability disputed matters on predominantly non-ABI hire claims. There will be support provided from a team of paralegals who allow you to deal with the more complex and litigious matters. 

The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with complex credit hire/RTA files. You must have extensive litigation experience and adopt an analytical approach towards their work. Experience in fraud, LVI, fundamental disputes would be ideal.

BONUS - You will be able to earn a significant bonus on top of your earnings as this company have various schemes that encourage you to do well and most fee earners can earn between £5,000 - £10,000 bonus per year.

Salary for this positions will range from £30k - £55k with an added benefits scheme in place.
