Description

  • Oversee and manage the CRM system to ensure optimal functionality
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency team to optimise CRM usage
  • Perform regular data quality checks and cleanup tasks
  • Deliver CRM training to internal staff as required
  • Generate reports and provide insights on CRM data
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies
  • Handle technical issues related to the CRM system
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfil their CRM needs

Profile

A successful CRM Administrator should have:
