Role - CRM Controller
Location - Stockport, Manchester
Salary - £26,625 per annum

Our client, the main prestige car dealership in Stockport is looking for the CRM Controller to join their team.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Providing detailed reports of findings from activity on the customer database.
Running reports on the database relating to sales enquiry management and updating the relevant KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for high levels of customer service.

The role involves analysing and monitoring the journey of their customers throughout the business to identify new and innovative ways to improve the customer experience.

With a proven track record in database control and management, you will be a confident self-starter and have the ability to work alongside the senior management team as well as on your own initiative.

Excellent IT and analytical skills are a prerequisite for this role. Experience of the motor industry would also be an advantage, but is not essential.

The successful candidate needs to be reliable, enthusiastic and personable, and will have previous experience in a similar role.

A good understanding of Kerridge/ IVS would be an advantage.

This is a full time role with 40hours per week Monday till Friday 8am - 5pm. Our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary plus other benefits.
