My client, a global online retailer based in London are recruiting for a CRM Manager to be responsible for email automation and play a pivotal role in utilising data to drive efficient customer relationship management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience of being the owner of a CRM platform (Hubspot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)

  • Responsible for ownership of email automation platform
  • Successfully build automated email campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
  • HTML/CSS
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, program/campaign ROI and sales growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing and CRM campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and other marketing channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation
