Are you skilled in customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? RS Components in Corby is seeking Contact Centre Representatives to join their thriving Customer Interaction Department.

This position offers a temporary ongoing role with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate paying an initial salary of £11.50 an hour and time and half/double time available for overtime.

Key Details:
- Hours: Following training, you'll work 37.50 hours per week on a rotating shift system.
- Shifts:Monday to Friday, with flexibility between 8am - 6pm.
- Occasional Work: You may be required to work evenings until 10:30pm, weekends, and 2 bank holidays per year.

Main Duties Include:
- Handling customer inquiries via incoming telephone calls.
- Identifying and processing orders for spare parts/accessories.
- Utilising opportunities for cross-selling when appropriate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in using own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude.
