We are delighted to announce a newly created position of Customer Partnership Manager within our Central Functions Supply Chain team. The role will play an integral part in being a key contact between Greencore and our valued customer, Asda.

Role Purpose:

To work closely within Greencore and the retailers Commercial and Supply teams proactively challenging the ways of working to help develop and drive positive change within the customer partnership

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Day to day management and analysis of customer KPI's to maximise sales & availability whilst balancing waste & efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Continuously "makes things happen", using trends and insight to maximise sales value and profitability especially at an item / store level
  • Act as the Supply Chain lead in cross functional/customer projects to ensure that all developments include collaborative working resulting in successful new implementations and on-going service improvements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain close working long-term relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Contribute to the `Move' plan and project manage implementations.
  • Be the Customer's system / process `Subject Matter Expert' for Greencore.

The successful applicants will be based at either Asda Head Office in Leeds or Morrsion's Head Office in Bradford for 3 days per week.

What we're looking for

  • Supply chain experience is essential, in planning or analysis, customer engagement, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of the convenience food market and experience of working in a fast paced, growth industry/business, ideally FMCG.
  • Highly proactive and results driven.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship management and strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused
