An established manufacturing company are currently looking for a Customer ServiceAdministrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves liaising with subcontractors and customers regarding products and services and working closely with the warehouse to fulfil orders on time and in full.

  • Salary: Up to £23,000
  • 37.5 hours
  • Must be available for an immediate start
  • Office based role

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls from customers regarding a range of products and services
  • Making outbound calls to increase orders and brand awareness
  • Ensuring all calls are answered efficiently and queries dealt with
  • Monitoring and managing the in-house email inbox, responding to new and existing enquiries
  • Liaising with subcontractors and third-party suppliers as required
  • Working alongside the warehouse to ensure on time delivery or orders
  • Arranging provision of documents on behalf of the wider team
  • Ad hoc general administrative duties including document control and filing

Customer Service Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Competent telephone manner, proactive with the ability to forge excellent working relationships with customers
