Description
Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor are:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
