Customer Service Agent
This well-established organisation is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role would suit someone who is seeking a long term career working for a highly professional and forward thinking organisation. For the right candidate, future opportunities in developing their career will be available. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and thrive working in a busy and ever changing environment, a positive attitude with a passion for supporting and helping people is key for this role.
This is a full-time office based role in Basingstoke, working Monday to Friday.
Duties
- Responding to incoming/outgoing customer calls
- Advising customers with regards to their savings products
- Provide support to customers wishing to open accounts
- Management and maintenance of customer accounts
Skills
- Customer service driven
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Works well in a team but can also be self-motivated
- Keen eye for detail
- Good understanding of working on computer, specifically with Microsoft Office products
- Good at multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- Comes across clear and well-spoken via telephone
