Customer Service Administrator

Permanent Role

Location - Ascot

Salary – £28 - 30,000

Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

My client, based in Ascot, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small friendly team. This is a fast-paced role which is an integral part the business. The company has a family feel to it, with its furnished office set in a lovely small village, close to coffee shops and nice rural country walking routes!

Role duties:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone/email
  • Processing enquiries via Zen Desk from amazon, ebay and other platforms
  • Processing orders in Sage
  • Stock management
  • Arranging returns, exchanges and refunds
  • General office duties – such as dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, ordering office supplies
  • Helping colleagues with workload during busy periods

Essential criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Administration experience
  • Proactive approach 
  • You can work independently and in a team 
  • Highly organised
  • Reliable
  • Flexible
  • Fluent in English

Desirable:

  • Experience in working for a consumer electronics company
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, SAGE and/or Zen Desk
  • Other language skills
