Job Title: Customer Service Representative (6-Month Contract)

Location: Banbury, UK


Are you a seasoned customer service professional looking for a dynamic opportunity to showcase your skills? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Banbury on a 6-month contract basis. This role presents an exciting chance to engage with their valued customers and contribute to their mission of providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, issue resolution, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
