About the Team
Our Early Help teams provide support to families across Surrey in a timely and dynamic way, enabling them to achieve their goals and receive support early enough to avoid escalation into statutory interventions. By joining this team you will be helping to shape the development of the services by enabling the partnership to clearly focus and review its impact for children and families.

About the Role
In this role you will specifically use the national Supporting Families Outcomes Framework to capture the data required to analyse and present the impact our services are having for children and families. Your responsibilities will involve conducting manual checks and audits of dip samples from cases, contributing to the development of reports that assist team leaders in identifying trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will take a lead role in the development of the Early Help data return, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with departmental targets set by the Department of Education.

You will need to have a thorough understanding of the framework and work systematically through various datasets daily to ensure the council is submitting quality data returns, highlighting any risks, and supporting the team to develop effective solutions to these. You will keep up to date with developments in the framework and support the Strategic Analyst with the wider early help data development.
