A leading agency are seeking a Data Planner to join them on an initial 3 month contract basis.

Role Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled CRM Data Planner Contractor to join their team and support their telecommunications client in leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) data to drive strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences. As a CRM Data Planner, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging CRM data insights to optimize marketing campaigns, personalize customer interactions, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business objectives, campaign requirements, and CRM data needs.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze CRM datasets and extract actionable insights related to customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Develop targeted customer segmentation strategies based on CRM data attributes to personalize marketing communications and enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design and implement CRM-driven marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and targeted promotions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, CRM data quality, and customer engagement KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for improving CRM data management processes, enhancing customer retention strategies, and maximizing ROI on CRM investments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, customer segmentation, and CRM-driven marketing within the telecommunications or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and proficiency in CRM data analysis and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex CRM data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to client stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience working in an agency or consulting environment is a plus.
