Our Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked client is seeking a 0-5year PQE Debt Recovery Solicitor, possessing a robust background in commercial litigation across various areas. You will demonstrate a willingness to delve into learning the unique aspects and intricacies of the industries and environments in which the Firm’s clients operate.

You'll be part of the Commercial Litigation team, representing major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses, and insolvency practitioners. Your role will involve offering a wide array of services, including early-stage litigation advice, representation in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings, and handling insolvency actions.

What will be expected from you?
  • Provide clients with precise and up-to-date legal advice
  • Prioritise delivering advice that delivers commercial results aligned with clients' business requirements.
  • Offer clients strong and insightful legal representation in all proceedings
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Understand and stay current on clients' working practices and relevant regulatory changes affecting them or their industries.
    To gain a foundational understanding of clients' organisations to efficiently address their individual requirements.
  • To assist the HoD with business development activities to include marketing and networking on a Firm wide, departmental or office basis
