Design Engineer

Design Engineers, Composite & Catia CAD experience.

Are you seeking a new opportunity to work with a well-established company. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative designs, to meet the requirements and deadlines for various exciting projects.

Belcanhas an exciting opportunity for several Design Engineers, preferably with Aircraft Structures experience, to work within the Belcan Design team. These are Contract roles, primarily based in Bristol but remote working may be an option.

Responsibilities:

Aircraft Primary Structure design using Composite materials.

This may include modifications, new definition scheme development, investigations, installations, using Catia V5.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

Solid model definition, Composite lay-up definition, 2d drawing compilation, 3d annotation FT&A, drawing set compilation within PLM system

Understanding of configuration and change management is of benefit but not essential

Individuals with recognized signatory authority will be of benefit but not essential.

Candidates must have the Current Right to Work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship.
