We are working alongside a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor known for delivering high-profile construction projects across various sectors. Who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Engineering Manager to join their Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a proven track record of successfully implementing digital engineering solutions in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage other members of the digital engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards across projects to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and quality.
  • Oversee the creation and management of digital models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital engineering tools and processes into project workflows.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate digital engineering activities and resolve conflicts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital engineering and construction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing digital engineering teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as BIM Level 2 accreditation, are preferred.
