SALARY: £23,900 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

BENEFITS: Monthly Bonus, Pension, Life Insurance and a Health Scheme

LOCATION: Hybrid role - working 4 days a week from the office in Coventry, West Midlands and 1 day from home.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 12 Month Maternity Cover Contract

WORKING HOURS: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (early finish on Fridays - 3.45pm)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Digital Media Marketing Coordinator with experience in SEO, local and organic SEO and PPC, an understanding of google ads and analytics and the ability to adapt messages to suit varying social platforms.

Working as a Digital Media Marketing Coordinator your primary responsibility is to assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of all digital initiatives and campaigns. SEO customer-journey, google analytics and Search Engine Marketing will be managed by you.

As a Digital Media Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers and achieve business objectives. Your role will involve managing the brand websites and the company site to ensure it is updated and stays relevant.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Digital Media Marketing Coordinator will include:

  • Oversee the development and creation of all digital content including, but not limited to, website, videos, & photography
  • Control and service Brand websites, B-2-B websites and consumers websites including Platforms, together with the marketing managers
  • Create & deliver targeted online campaigns
  • Plan, build and monitor the Company presence on all Social Media
  • Improve customer journey across websites
  • Manage websites, ensuring all content is up to date & relevant, including image galleries, video galleries, homepage banners, website news stories, blog posts and products
  • Liaise with external suppliers and build relationships with stores
  • Provide support to the videographer in the production of video clips
  • Launch online adverts through Google, Facebook and all other relevant sites
  • Develop SEO strategies & optimisation
  • Respond and interact with relevant accounts/posts
  • Manage customer digital requests, FTP site, Web enquires and visual design requests
  • Identify and research seasonal trends, industry, product trends, monitor competition & offer suggestions and ideas for improvement
  • Work with Marketing Executive to develop brand / product awareness
  • Work with Communications Executive to ensure all communication plans are in sync with digital plans, including working together on Emails
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure content is in line with expected industry standards
  • Provide support and guidance for Brand Managers & Reps where applicable
  • Assist the Marketing teams when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Experience in Digital Media, SEO, local SEO, Organic SEO, PPC
  • Understanding of google ads and analytics
  • Ability to adapt messages to suit digital and social platforms
  • Creativity is key, always looking for the most effective way of developing brand and product awareness
  • Conscious of the wider impact of social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to write appropriately for the audience
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a motivated and target driven team
  • Well organised, flexible and able to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & Power Point

Advantageous Experience (Having previous experience of these would be ideal but not essential)

  • Experience in using:
    • Hootsuite, or similar to scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook (Hootsuite)
    • Dotdigital or Mail Chimp
    • WordPress
  • Conducting campaigns and follow up analytics
  • Assisting with SEO, web editing via HTML when required
