An opportunity has arisen for a Disrepair Surveyor to join a dynamic and rapidly growing building surveying company, servicing the property and legal services industries – with a specific focus on defendant work (housing associations and councils). Their rapidly expanding client base and organically acquired contracts have positioned them for further growth within Disrepair Surveying.

With this in mind, they are now seeking to hire a full time Surveyor to join their team and support the London areas and surrounding parts of the south with Housing Disrepair inspections and the associated reporting. This is a fully remote role, with all equipment providing for both surveying and home office working.

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all surveying activities.
  • Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance professional knowledge.
