We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Document Reviewer for our client, a well-respected organisation in the investigation and prosecution of serious and complex fraud, bribery, and corruption. As part of their dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring justice is served and maintaining confidence in the UK's business and financial institutions.

Start asap (pending vetting) for 6 months, with a possible extension, pay £14.50ph, the positions are based near Charring Cross. Hybrid model, hours 36hrs Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities;

  • Read, understand, and analyse complex and technical information related to ongoing cases.
  • Reviewing high volume of documents, meeting targets
  • Provide valuable feedback to the team based on your review and understanding of the case.
  • Utilise digital review systems and excel software to review and describe digital material accurately.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accurately record large volumes of information.
  • Have a practical understanding of Excel to manage and analyse vast amounts of data.
  • Identify potential Legal Professional Privilege material and refer it to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with the case team and take on any other specific tasks as required.

Required skills and experience:

  • A law degree obtained in England and Wales or a degree and law conversion course.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex and technical information.
  • Previous experience in criminal law or exposure to SFO prosecutions or similar investigations is desirable.
  • Familiarity with large document review exercises and digital document review platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the structure and work of organisations in a similar field is beneficial.
