Are you ready to join the elite team of technicians driving innovation in Surrey's booming HGV industry? Our rapidly expanding client is seeking a passionate and experienced HGV Technician to join their ranks. With a minimum of 2 years' experience under your belt, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and repairing our fleet of heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on HGVs, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults with precision and efficiency.
  • Performing thorough vehicle checks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with our dedicated team to prioritise workload and minimise vehicle downtime.
  • Utilising your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring our fleet remains in peak condition.
  • Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance our processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HGV Technician, with a proven track record of excellence in maintenance and repair.
  • HGV licence (Class 1 or 2) is a bonus, demonstrating your commitment to the industry and enhancing your versatility.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed, with additional hours paid at a competitive rate.
