About the company
My client has been established for over thirty years providing mechanical , electrical, civil and facilities design and management to the highest standard. They are completely commercial works and want somebody to join the team with solid commercial experience.
For this role you will need to have 4-5 plus years’ experience as an electrical estimator.
Responsibilities
- Review building plans and their elements to make accurate price estimates for electrical projects
- Calculate the potential profitability of projects
- Answer questions for clients about their electrical work
- Share your findings through written briefs
- Evaluate the labour and materials costs of electrical projects
- Perform construction estimations based on drawings of electrical plans
- Provide estimates on and design for building lighting systems
- Promote a professional image by adhering to a professional code of ethics
- Organize and track project progress
- Perform general administrative functions
- Perform duties related to purchasing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Benefits
- £50,000-£60,000 is dependent on experience
- Other benefits to be negotiated on interview
