A leading claimant firm based in Manchester City Centre is looking for an experienced EL/PL Fee Earner, capable of hitting the ground running with a complex caseload.
The ideal candiate will have 3 years minimum experience working on legal claims and depending on your skill set, you will focus on both multi track and fast track claims. Litigation experience is a must.
Managing a caseload of employers' and public liability claims, your role will involve Working on claims on the MOJ Portal from inception through to completion. You will also be qualified to handle post-portal claims through to a successful conclusion, including trial if required.
Salary is completely dependent upon experience and you will be situated in a stylish office with local parking near by. Other benefits include flexible/hybrid working, company events, sick pay + more
