Employment Solicitor West-End Law Firm

AJ Chambers is currently working with a progressive, growing law firm based in the heart of London's West End that is presently looking to hire an employment lawyer with between 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience.

The incoming individual would work closely with one of the litigation partners who currently heads up the firm’s employment offering. You can expect to advise employers and employees alike across all manner of employment-related matters from, updating policies and employee handbooks, dealing with grievance and disciplinary procedures, advising on unfair dismissal and discrimination claims and aiding with the negotiation of settlement agreements.

There will be ample opportunity to contribute ideas and work with the Partners and marketing team on business development initiatives.

In reward

My client is offering a salary of £60,000 - £75,000 dependant on experience level.

Hybrid working is also offered with the teams lawyers currently coming into the office 2 days per week.
