THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their fast-growing and successful employment team, confident in taking the lead on Employment Tribunal matters and capable of working with minimal supervision. The work will involve a broad range of contentious and non-contentious cases, with the opportunity to work closely alongside one of their Partners.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 2 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in matters relating to employment law, as well as the drive to deliver outstanding service and understanding of client’s commercial needs. You will be expected to show a keen attention to detail and have excellent interpersonal skills in order to assist and supervise more junior lawyers within the team on complex matters.
