Block Property Manager

Entry level!

£27,000pa - £30,000pa

Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by a medium sized managing agent in Bromley, who are growing at a rapid rate and are looking for Property Managers to join their friendly team. Our client is looking for someone with experience in Property, lettings or AST Property Management to transfer over to private leasehold.


Core responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Block Managers with the day to day management of their portfolio, with full support from the Managing Director
  • Admin responsibilities with service charge budgets and Section 20 major works
  • Attending occasional site visits

The ideal candidate will be in Property, whether it's lettings or AST Property Management and will be looking to transfer into Block Management as a long term career. Our client is incredibly supportive and will be there for you whenever you need, whilst sponsoring any qualifications relevant to the industry as well.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • A passionate individual with a drive
  • excellent Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Property/Real Estate
