This role is offered on a hybrid basis.

We have a variety of entry level opportunities that could give you a rewarding career and an ACII qualification – Associate Member of the Insurance Institute. 

They provide funding for study, give paid study leave, and have experienced teams who can assist you in gaining the requisite knowledge and learning opportunities to enable you to attain a professional qualification recognised worldwide throughout the insurance industry, whilst earning at the same time.

They have a structured progression plan offers both management and technical specialist pathways, based upon performance, behaviours, qualifications, and experience.

To be successful, you will need:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at A-C grade which must include Mathematics and English Language

Experience of using Microsoft Excel and good keyboard skills

To be organised with a keen eye for detail; able to spot mistakes

A great attitude and desire to progress

To be a team player, contributing to the success of the wider team

The ability to work independently towards targets: on your own initiative, whilst contributing to your team’s success
