Our client are seeking an Ergonomist and Senior Physiotherapist for their clients site based in Derby.

You will develop, manage and deliver Ergonomic & Physio services for our client, ensuring the service is fully utilised.

Working closely with our clients admin team leader for administration and operational processes ensuring SLA's are met and protocols are followed.

You will provide accurate ergonomic assessment reports with appropriate recommendations for managers to review. You'll identify hazards in the workplace, assess the risk of the identified hazards which may cause or aggravate an individuals musculoskeletal ill health.

You will provide evidence based physiotherapy clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment using a biopsychological model. Providing well written, clear reports to management following physiotherapy assessments and at time of discharge indicating the employee's fitness to work or identifying any adjustments to their role in the short term, long term or permanently.

Salary

The salary for this position is up to £50,000 per annum

Certifications

  • Full Member of the Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health & Ergonomics (ACPOHE), RCO, CIEHF, HFES or other registered Ergonomic organisation
  • HCPC registration
