This company are a rapidly expanding construction company specialising in glazing, who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work among their clientele. Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging an enthusiastic environment whilst delivering a high level of service to their clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an estimator to join the team.

In this role you will be based in their Thetford office playing a crucial part in a number of exciting projects which will range in size. Working closely with the team, you will support the estimating team with sub-contractor & material quote request, review tender documents, assess the scope of works, calculate project costs and assist with conducting regular site meetings.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years' experience as an estimator within the glazing/ aluminium industry. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company.

The Role:

- Estimator
-Developing and maintaining relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
-Carrying out site visits
-Site inspections and attending site meetings
-Conducting client meetings and presentations leading cost discussions
-Arrange and prepare documents for handover meetings

Requirements:

-Minimum 1-2 years' experience within the construction/ glazing environment
-Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel
-Full UK Driving License
