If you have previous experience supporting events this could be the role for you. Starting ASAP - full time for twelve weeks working for a world famous Educational Institution in Central London. A great opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a variety of events. Possible temp to perm.

The role will involve:

  • Liaising with colleagues and graduates and answering any queries in department mailboxes.
  • Uploading clear and concise content to the Institutes website and various comms channels.
  • Processing and managing data and content for activities and events across the department.
  • Using templates to produce materials including email invitations and brochures ensuring they meet branding guidelines.
  • Preparation of logistics required to support events to include set-up of Zoom webinars.
  • Liaising with staff and students at the School.
  • Supporting the needs of the department

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in event management/administration.
  • Experience within a customer facing office environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of editing and web content management software, virtual zoom event platforms, excel databases and email communications management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate and prioritise workload.
  • High level of personal motivation and flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and extremely organised.
