Tiger Private is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support a high-profile CEO.

The CEO's main base is London and you will work from his Marylebone Office.

The client has properties and businesses in Europe and the States, including in Los Angeles & New York.

In this role, you will support the CEO on a daily basis, to ensure the smooth running of his business and personal life.

You must have strong interpersonal skills, high-level diary management experience and be confident with managing expenses and accounts, budgeting and forecasting.

The chosen candidate should be prepared to assist with all administrative duties as required by the client and work closely with the CEO’s Private PA to ensure full support.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential; you should be organised, diplomatic with an ability to problem solve. You need excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.

This role will run five days per week, with the need for occasional Saturday cover for which a day off during the week will be given. You will also need to be on call outside of office hours, due to the international lifestyle of the client.

The Principal has a Private PA who will work alongside and together you will share the workload where possible to allow time for complete switch off and rest.

A university degree in a relevant subject is highly desirable.
