A fantastic business based in South Birmingham are looking for a Board Level PA looking for a new challenge on a full time, permanent basis (hybrid working). This business boasts a diverse working environment, excellent benefits, and opportunities to work autonomously in an exciting role. You must possess executive level EA experience as well as a can-do attitude and be truly unflappable. Responsibilities will include:

  • Expert and forward-thinking management of diaries and international travel, always being one step ahead and thinking on your feet

  • Handling all correspondence, calls and queries, proactively screening and acting as a gate-keeper where appropriate

  • Assisting with projects and one-off activities such as research and client liaison

  • Working closely with all other departments of the business in administrative tasks in order to ensure all roles and tasks are covered without employing a hierarchical approach

  • Professional production of Board level documentation in line with meeting requirements and deadlines

  • Assist in continuous improvement across the function and business in all processes and procedures

Working alongside various other PAs within the business, you must be switched on, passionate and proactive in everything you do. We are looking for an individual who feels that no task is too great or too small. You will ideally have access to your own form of transportation due to the location of this business. You will on occasion be required to travel to London as part of this role.
