Executive Assistant
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Secretarial & Business Support team. This role requires a dedicated individual who can facilitate smooth operations within an industrial/manufacturing setting.

Description
- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives
- Oversee office management and administrative functions
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents and presentations for meetings
- Manage communication and correspondence with internal and external parties
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in project management and execution
- Monitor departmental budget and expenses
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field
- Experience in a secretarial or business support role within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
