Executive Head Chef - Catering & Events Business - circa £60,000 basic salary + bonus - Birmingham B76 - growing business

Our client is a leading independent catering and event business based in Birmingham with clients across the greater Midlands. The company focuses on high-end Weddings, Events and Corporate Catering. These guys are excellent at what they do, and business is booming. To that end, we are searching for a highly organised Head Chef to drive the growth of the business in all areas back-of-house.

What qualities & experience are we looking for in the successful Executive Head Chef?

  • Highly organised
  • Multi-rosette background
  • Expert knowledge of food safety, health and safety, HACCP and recipe costing
  • Passion and drive
  • Experience in events - cooking to volume

The successful candidate will be expected to be hands-on working at events; this will involve working evenings and weekends. It is essential that the successful candidate drives and has their own transport.
