Early Years and KS1 Teacher - Supply

Flexible, Ad-Hoc Basis

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and KS1 teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities in Kettering, Northamptonshire? We are seeking EYFS and KS1 Supply Teachers to join our team and provide exceptional education to students in local primary schools on an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to EYFS students in nursery and reception classes as well as KS1 classes.
  • Adhering to the school's curriculum and lesson plans, ensuring effective delivery of educational objectives.
  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners.
  • Collaborating with other teachers, school staff, and parents/guardians to support students' overall development.
  • Maintaining accurate records of attendance, achievements, and behaviour in accordance with school policies.
  • Adapting teaching strategies and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with specialisation in Early Years Education (EYFS).
  • Proven experience working with nursery and reception students, implementing EYFS curriculum.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Flexibility and availability to work on an ad-hoc basis, depending on your own schedule and school requirements.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
