The Job You'll Do:

• Attend start-of-shift briefings to receive daily targets
• Produce the required batch of components
• Ensure compliance of all components with customer specifications
• Return jigs/tools to their storage areas and move finished components to the work-in-progress area
• Operate welding machines with a focus on safe working practices
• Optimize welding machine parameters for required joint configurations
• Adhere to company safety procedures
• Utilize overhead crane for material and component transportation
• Perform additional duties as assigned by line managers or appropriate managers

About You:

• Experienced and competent in steel fabrication
• Minimum of 1 year experience in welded component manufacture
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance records
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
