A modern and leading firm of specialist Family Law solicitors and mediators seek to grow their team by adding a talented Family Lawyer to practice from either of their offices in Hove or Chichester.

The firm take pride in offering a full family law service with a commitment to reaching child focused solutions utilizing Mediation, Arbitration and Collaborative Law where possible to a mix of clients including HNW and UHNW in financial disputes and those concerning children.

The role will see you run a mixed case load of Finance and Child Arrangements. The firm are keen to invest in development and talent. Training in Dispute Resolution will be given as will a defined career path. Well being is taken seriously here and monthly therapy sessions are offered as are flexible working arrangements and part time hours if necessary.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be between 2-6 Years PQE gained in a Family Law Team
  • Be used to dealing with well heeled clients
  • Committed to child focused solutions
  • Articulate and smart
  • Resolution member
