Job: Field Service Engineer
Location: East Midlands
Term: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year

Owen Daniels has engaged with a global and hugely successful LVSwitchgear company providing a wide range of services to the Electrical industry and high-profile clients. Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Engineer to join on a permanent basis. This company is located in the East Midlands.

Field Service Engineer duties will include:

  • Circuit breakers – service / installation / repairs / retrofits
  • Control circuits – fault finding / panel wiring.
  • LV switchboards – service / installation / construction
  • Changeover systems - fault finding / installation.
  • G59 / G99 systems - fault finding / installation.
  • HDHC busbars – fabrication / modifications

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Full clean UK Driving License
  • Full Electrical Engineering Qualification and show Electrical safety competence and the willingness to work as a team and alone.
  • 40 hour working week – but will be required to work overtime if needed.
  • Internal and external training will be provided.
  • The work will be Field Based with regular travel to the home office.
