Supporting the Finance Director and Finance Manager, this is a brand-new opening for a Finance Administrator to join a company that sits within the IT industry and boasts a friendly team.

What’s in it for you?

  • Work hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £27,000 to £30,000
  • 22 days holiday increasing to 25 days with length of service, plus bank holidays

Finance Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Director and Finance Manager with the successful running of the finance department by handling all administration tasks
  • Prepare and send purchase orders and sales invoices
  • Manage company expenses and ensure all reconcile
  • Deal with customer enquiries when required
  • Enter accurate financial data to Sage and other in-house systems
  • Maintain customer accounts, ensuring all details are correct and up to date
  • Manage the fleet of company vehicles

Finance Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Similar experience gained as a Finance Administrator or Accounts Assistant would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous and experience using Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous
  • Exceptional administration skills are a must as is a strong attention to detail
  • Skilled communicator, able to communicate clearly and articulately at all levels
