We are working with a highly customer focused business in the Financial Services industry, based in Northampton and we are looking for someone to join their friendly and supportive team as they continue their mission to provide exceptional customer experiences.

As an experienced Finance Administrator, you will take pride in ensuring accuracy of financial transactions and up-to-date records, in line with legal and regulatory standards. This organisation has a strong focus on delivering excellent service for their customers so you will be equally driven by attention to detail and working as a team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Handling transactions, ensuring accurate payments, and updating payments securely and promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling bank transactions.
  • Processing business expenses.
  • Processing payroll deductions and change requests.
  • Verifying large transactions to prevent financial crime.
  • Accurately verifying and storing relevant documentation.
  • General ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
You’ll have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence to deal with customers both over the phone and in writing.
  • An organised approach and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • First-class attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and ability to analyse, interpret, and present data.
  • Proficiency in IT systems including MS Office, especially Excel.
  • The ability to work under pressure and remain calm while being a great team player.
