Finance Assistant
KCR Solutions are excited to be recruiting a Finance Assistant for a successful organisation in Gosforth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and used to working in a busy environment.
Main duties will include:
- Processing and coding purchase invoices and resolving any issues
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing credit card statements and expenses
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Processing complex or repetitive invoices
- Taking ownership of a section of the ledger and keeping up to date
- Dealing with supplier queries via phone or email
- Adhoc duties supporting the whole accounts function
