Finance Assistant

Elevation Accountancy & Finance is delighted to work exclusively with a prominent enterprise in the Denaby Main area of Doncaster, as they embark on the recruitment journey for an experienced Finance Assistant.

With the company's expansion, they seek to onboard a dedicated professional to manage transactional finance, closely working with the Financial Controller and Finance Director. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to provide assistance with general office duties, making it a diverse and engaging position.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices and credit notes
• Conducting supplier statement reconciliations
• Managing sales ledger cash posting and allocation
• Handling internal and external queries (PL & SL)
• Creating new accounts on the ERP system
• Engaging in customer debt chasing and liaison
• Providing support for ad-hoc duties as required

The working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. However, part-time candidates are also welcome to apply.

The company offers a generous holiday package of 25 days plus bank holidays.
