Finance & Office Assistant

Creative Services (Non-Profit) | Holborn, London | Part-Time, 4 days a week with 1 day WFH | 20-25kFTE

A reputable and well respected charity who specialise in providing mental health support in the advertising sector are on the search of a finance and office assistant to join their close knit team on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance assistant looking for flexibility or someone studying AAT or in admin who likes the idea of being in a people facing role whilst gaining finance exposure.

Responsibilities - Finance & Office Assistant

  • Answering and managing phone calls via Microsoft Teams
  • Welcoming guests on site and ensuring guests comply with health and safety regulations
  • Check in office event attendees
  • Ordering of cabs and couriers
  • Setting up meetings for internal staff
  • Inputting of purchase invoices and staff expenses
  • Preparing and inputting all sales invoices
  • Credit control including taking payments off timesheets

The Person - Finance & Office Assistant

  • Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Previous finance experience is desirable, but not essential
