Finance Business Partner
Trinity House Group are currently supporting a highly successful listed business who are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) to join them as a Finance Business Partner based in Birmingham. The role offers a fantastic package including a good bonus & pension and offers great flexibility.
A key part of the Finance Business Partner role will be working closely with regional managers and their senior teams, providing financial advice, support and challenge as part of the decision-making processes including tactical planning and decisions.

- Management of budgeting process
- Forecasting
- Performance plans
- Support and challenge to improve performance.
- Prepare CAPEX schedules including capital expenditure authorisations
Key Skills & Experience, Finance Business Partner, £60,000, Birmingham
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven financial accounting background with relevant technical skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a challenging matrix environment
- Well-developed management, organisational and communication skills
- Experienced and able to identify and drive process change and improvement
