Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: Near Wakefield, close to M62

We are looking for a part or newly qualified accountant to join a growing organisation near Wakefield as a Finance Business Partner. The business are committed to innovation and excellence, and we're seeking a dynamic individual to support the finance team in driving strategic decision-making and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to provide financial analysis, insights, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information and advice.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Cash flow forecasting.
• Budgeting. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
