Mosaic recruitment is on the hunt for a Finance Manager to oversee the finance function for clients group of companies.
They are open to discussion on some hybrid once you have settled into the role.
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to lead the finance team and drive strategic financial planning and compliance across the organisation. You can be QBE.
The ideal candidate will have audit experience, the company has gone through a period of growth so you will be supporting the MD through this. You will have a proven track record of managing financial operations and implementing policies and ensure compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
You will have excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Sage 200 & advanced Excel is also desirable.

- Oversee financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to directors to inform decision-making.
- Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and long-term financial goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate financial risks.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with directors to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
You will have excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Sage 200 & advanced Excel is also desirable.
