Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team based outside of Horsham. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our financial planning operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial planners, including preparing client documentation, processing transactions, and maintaining client records.
- Assist with client communication, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with product providers and third-party suppliers to obtain information and documentation as required.
- Submitting new business applications
- Help to prepare financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Support compliance processes by ensuring all documentation and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to maintain knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a financial planning firm.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to pursue further professional development (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) would be advantageous.
