Financial Planning Administrator - Stockport area, Flexible hybrid working

up to £30K plus company benefits

Our client is a well established firm of Independent Financial Advisors in the Stockport area with a stellar reputation among both clients and peers. They are currently actively seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator Administrator to contribute to their continued growth.

You will work closely in a team with a Paraplanner and a Financial Planner to provide a high level service to a book of HNW private clients. The role will require excellent communication skills and good knowledge of financial products and services.

The main areas of responsibility are to:

  • Answer basic queries from clients and providers via incoming telephone calls and email.
  • Maintain diaries and appointments
  • Letters of Authority
  • Obtaining quotes, online or via telephone, then putting full package together for adviser
  • Processing new business
  • Valuing client portfolios - obtaining data from providers.
