Role Overview:

As a First Line Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve their issues promptly. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their career in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Documenting all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system for future reference.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus but not required.
