Flooring Estimator

• Salary: £25,000 - £28,000, based on experience

I am seeking a Flooring Estimator to join a well establisehed business in Boscombe. The ideal candidate will be confident in selling services in a consultative manner and engaging with customers face-to-face. This role requires a proactive individual with a full UK driving licence, basic math skills and some administrative experience.

• Engage with customers in a face-to-face environment to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct on-site measurements and estimates for flooring projects.
• Utilise basic math skills to calculate areas and estimate material requirements.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up with potential clients to secure sales and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
• Travel to various locations as needed to assess client requirements and provide estimates.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Confident in face-to-face sales and consultation.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and estimation.
• Some administrative experience to manage sales documentation.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure and other measurement tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
