Are you passionate about cooking and teaching? An outstanding opportunity awaits you in the Cannock area! We are currently seeking a dedicated Food Technology Teacher with hands-on culinary experience for a contract role until the end of the academic year.

Position: Food Technology Teacher (Contract)

Join us in shaping the culinary skills of our students in this exciting contract role. As a Food Technology Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to bring the art and science of cooking to life in our classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and deliver engaging cooking lessons that combine theory with practical culinary skills.
-Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students can explore and experiment with food.
-Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide hands-on guidance to students in the kitchen.
-Offer personalized feedback to help students develop their culinary abilities and confidence.
-Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the food technology curriculum and coordinate culinary events.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
-Teaching qualification or relevant experience in education.
-Extensive experience in cooking and a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
-Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for sharing the joys of cooking with students.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
